Here We Go Steelers! Here We Go!
I secured tickets to the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cincinnati Bengals game on November 21st, 2004 and put a crew together to view another Steelers' victory (record stands at 9-1) as well as the eighth consecutive win for quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (from Miami) as the Steelers' defense propelled the team to a 19-14 win. Attending the game with me was Kevan Yenerall, Bill Miller (both from Clarion, PA), my brother Steve Dudas, and Skip Benamati. A good time was had by all, and Kevan's "Cincy Jinx" was broken. Reid Benamati's First Pittsburgh Pirates' Game
On Sunday June 27th, Stacey and I joined Skip and Mandy Benamati who took their one year old son, Reid, to his first major league baseball game at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. With the Pirates in town to play the Reds, Reid got his first exposure to being a Pirates' fan. Fiesta del Poltz
The annual Fiesta del Sol, hosted by the City of Solana Beach, took place about three blocks from our hotel.
